Laurel Brook Gift Bags Gift Bag Donations Due This Sunday
We’re collecting donations so the Ashland Youth can make gift bags to bless the residents and staff at Laurel Brook. See below for items needed.

2020 Annual Report
It was a year like none other, but God continued to work in and through Ashland during 2020. Ministry updates and reflections from staff and leadership can be found in the complete annual report, which may be found here.

Children and Youth

Sunday, July 18th, 6:30pm – Family VBS S’Mores Night

Wednesday, July 21, 7pm – 8:30pm – Laurel Brook Gift Bags Service Project

Wednesday, August 4, 7pm – 8:30pm – Youth Outdoor Worship Night

Saturday, August 7 – Day Trip to Ringing Rocks Park (Buck’s County, PA), more details to come

Children’s Zoom Sunday School, 9:30 am – every week, contact Janine for the zoom id and password

Connect and Serve

Bring a Meal to the Buzards Bill and Linda could still use one or two meals per week, and have been greatly blessed by those they’ve received. You can click here to sign up for a date and to find more information.

Park Avenue Food Pantry Food donations can be dropped off at the church, and volunteers are needed on Thursday mornings to deliver the items to Park Avenue Church in Somerdale. Contact Janine for more information.

Laurel Brook Gift Bag Donations Gift Bag
Items are due Sunday, July 18th. Please consider donating:

  • mints, snacks, & treats (individually wrapped)
  • fresh baked cookies*
  • nice lotions
  • small gift bags
  • small, inspirational decorations
  • any other appropriate gifts for seniors!

(* divided into individual servings if possible, and will be due Wed July 21st, contact Janine)

Small Groups Small groups have a big impact on all involved. For information about joining or leading a group contact Barb Cesare.

We Need You! Are you handy with technology? Can you set up chairs and breakdown tables? Are you eager to serve but not sure where or how? We have a place for you whether you can help once a month or every week! Fill out our Volunteer Sign-Up form to get in touch with a ministry leader.


Fellowship, 10am – Outside Fellowship and Coffee before the service

Worship Service, 10:30 am – There is seating inside and outside (weather permitting), plus other rooms equipped for overflow. You can also join via our live-stream at

Childcare is available during the service; please let Janine Fleming know by Saturday morning if you plan to drop off your young one(s).

We need volunteers to help set up for the outdoor service on Sunday mornings, as well as for other worship service functions. If you can help, please let Peg Buckley  or Barb Cesare know.
