Ashland Care and Counsel is a ministry that pairs certified mental health coaches with individuals in our church family who are seeking help with things like developing a healthy life balance, navigating mental health difficulties, or finding professional assistance. Coaching is provided free of charge, and with confidentiality. Additionally, all of our coaches are certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors (https://www.aacc.net).
