Jamie came to New Jersey to pastor the Ashland Church in September of 2002. He has a passion for Christ and His church, and desires to see Ashland become a place where people come to know and worship Jesus Christ as Lord. Jamie received a call to full-time Christian Ministry while living in Virginia Beach where he worked as an Engineer for the U.S. Navy, as well as served in the Virginia Army National Guard. He has degrees from Old Dominion University (’88 B.S. in Mechanical Engineering) and Reformed Theological Seminary (’99 Masters of Divinity). Jamie and his wife Tamera have 4 sons, and enjoy spending time outdoors experiencing God’s creation.
